Paw Paw Invitational

HC Varsity Cheer Brings Home 1st Place! 
This weekend at the Paw Paw Invitational, HC Varsity Cheer took 1st place in our division and 3rd place overall! 
Our team competed an incredibly challenging 3rd round that was key to securing the win. Not only did we rise to the occasion, but we also beat last week's scores in every round, adding an incredible 60 points to our overall score in just one week!
With an overall score just 26 points shy of our program record season best, we’re off to an amazing start in only our second competition of the season.
The team was led by our captains, senior Maddi Pennock and junior Margaret Link, whose leadership and skill helped drive us to victory.
A huge congratulations to our Middle School team as well, who had an impressive 2nd place finish in their division and 3rd overall! Their hard work and determination are a testament to the strength of our program.
We’re back in action on Saturday, December 21st at Plainwell High School—competition starts at 10:00 AM. Come out and cheer us on!
