Harper Creek Football April, 2024 Dear Parents or Guardians, Summer will soon be here and football will be in full swing. You are receiving this letter because your son has indicated that he is interested in playing football in 2024. The TENTATIVE summer schedule is included with this letter. It consists of conditioning dates, camp dates and 7-on-7 dates. Please know that none of these summer workouts are mandatory. If you have a family vacation planned...go and have a great time! We want our kids to have time to be kids and enjoy time with family as well. On the flip side, even though our summer workouts are not mandatory, please encourage your son to attend as many as he can. This is a critical time as there will be a lot of learning that will take place. Additionally, it will get him in shape for the upcoming season. Our summer conditioning sessions include all 9th-12th grade players. We are building a culture where all our boys (regardless of age) work hard together, push each other to get better, encourage each other, and build a lot of pride in representing Harper Creek. It’s special to wear the royal blue and white and we want our young men to understand what that means. Please note that although these dates are pretty much finalized, there could be minor changes as summer approaches. ***Just a reminder that your son needs to have a current physical on file (Dated April 15, 2024 or later) in the Athletic Office and the $40.00 athletic fee will need to be paid. This needs to be done prior to the start of mandatory practices in August.*** Please see the attached “Calendar View” of our summer activities.
